The City of Surrey has created a number of benefits to encourage the build-out of Surrey’s City Centre. The city has streamlined approval processes and development projects worth over $10 million receive a number of tax incentives, including a 50% savings on their building permit fees.

The Build Surrey program of capital projects has been developed to position the City of Surrey for a prosperous future.
